Delivery & Shipping Policy
At Fharmacy Bazaar Ltd, we are committed to delivering your medicines quickly, safely, and reliably. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines how we manage the dispatch and delivery of orders placed on our website:
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours upon successful validation of the prescription (if applicable) and payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Prescription Requirements
Orders for prescription medications will only be processed upon receipt of a valid prescription from a certified medical practitioner. Our qualified pharmacists will verify all prescriptions before fulfillment, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Shipping Zones
We currently offer delivery services across India, subject to the availability of courier partners in specific regions. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
Express Delivery: Available in select cities, with 1–3 business day delivery.
Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, regulatory delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value, as part of promotional offers.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status in real-time.
7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other reason, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
8. Restricted Products
We comply with all regulatory requirements and do not deliver medicines that are banned or restricted for online sale. All medicines sold and shipped through our platform are legally permitted under Indian law.
