Pharmacy Bazar, in association with Thyrocare Technologies Limited, facilitates the booking of diagnostic and pathological tests for interested customers. Users are bound by the terms and conditions outlined byThyrocare in their website are as below.

1. General

This document, referred to as "Terms," is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, of 2000. It is generated electronically and does not require physical or digital signatures.

The Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute a binding agreement between You and Thyrocare Technologies Limited, the operator of the website www.thyrocare.com.

The website is an internet-based portal operated by Thyrocare Technologies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, of 1965, with its registered address in Navi Mumbai, India.

Authorized Collection Centers (ACC) in the Company's network allow sample collection.

The Company is not responsible for ACC actions or content, but it conducts tests and generates reports upon receiving valid samples.

Third-party websites/applications:

The Company lists its services on third-party platforms.

The Company is not liable for delays or breaches by third-party platforms.

Upon receiving a complete order, the Company conducts tests and generates reports.

Tele-calling:

Users can avail of Services by contacting the Company's Customer Relationship Management team.

Sample collection can occur at the given address or the nearest center.

3. SAMPLE COLLECTION AND TESTING

You are solely responsible for providing accurate medical and personal information to the Company.

Users must carry a photo ID, invoice copy, and Order ID or transaction number when visiting a lab or using home collection.

Review the Company's provided instructions on its website before taking tests.

If the Company's representative doesn't arrive for sample collection in the chosen time slot, promptly notify the Company through its website or by tele-calling.

Specific test/package terms and conditions prevail in case of conflicts with the general Terms or Privacy Policy.

Acknowledging potential technological/logistic issues, the Company may reschedule or refund in case of home collection delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. REPORTS

Test results are aids to diagnosis and must be interpreted in conjunction with the patient's history, physical findings, and other diagnostic procedures. Registered medical practitioners should correlate and interpret results. If unexpected abnormalities arise, they should be reconfirmed. This report is not valid for medico-legal purposes.

The Company is not liable for loss or damage resulting from presuming the report's meaning. Misdiagnosis, faulty judgment, or interpretation errors are not the Company's responsibility. Test results may vary between labs and over time for the same patient, and the Company won't justify contradictory reports from other labs.

While the Company uses industry-standard technology for accuracy and timely delivery, technical or logistic issues may cause delays or inaccuracies. In such cases, the Company may offer re-testing or a refund, applicable only to tests without issued reports. The Company determines individual test costs at its discretion.

5. ELIGIBILITY OF USE

The Services on the Website or other Modes are only available to individuals eligible to form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, of 1872. 11. USE OF MATERIALS
